CNC Monitoring Dashboards for Supervisors and Engineers

A CNC machine monitoring dashboard serves two main roles: shop-floor supervisors need real-time status and alarms to react quickly; engineers and managers need trends, production counts, and historical performance to improve processes and capacity.
At a glance: which machines are running, in alarm, or idle. Production count and maybe cycle time. Clear alarm and error display so they know what to fix or escalate. The dashboard should be simple and fast—no digging through menus.
Historical performance analytics, production by machine or shift, downtime and fault summaries, and visual charts. This supports root-cause analysis, OEE, and planning. The same CNC monitoring system can feed both live screens and reports.
